If you become a client, project photographs, floor plans and information needed for billing may also be required. We retain records of relevant communications. Website service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited.

The project brief asks for 11 project and contact details. You can review these before submitting. It is saved only when you confirm permission and select Save my brief. Our studio receives the submitted details to assess your project and contact you by phone or WhatsApp. This permission concerns your enquiry; it is not an opt-in to a marketing mailing list.

We use relevant information to answer enquiries, prepare consultations, plan and deliver agreed projects, manage communications, issue invoices, improve the website, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Promotional communications, where separately agreed, can be opted out of.

This website uses Wix for hosting, enquiry storage, chat and site services. A submitted project brief can generate a notification to the studio email inbox. Ask Oaks AI uses automated responses to answer common questions; messages and details you provide may be processed and retained through Wix chat so the studio can respond. Please do not enter passwords, payment credentials, government identification or other sensitive information into the enquiry form or chat. We may share relevant project information with contractors, suppliers and other providers as needed to deliver an agreed service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or as part of a lawful business transfer.

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to project enquiries. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information is kept for enquiry follow-up, project administration and applicable legal or accounting needs. Contact us to ask about information held for your enquiry or to request correction or deletion, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

You can contact the studio to request access to your information, correct inaccurate details, withdraw permission for further enquiry contact, or request deletion. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. You can also ask about transferring your information where applicable. Withdrawing permission may limit the support we can provide for an active enquiry or project.
