Terms and Conditions

Oaks N Stones provides conceptual design and space planning, 3D visualisation, material and finish selection, furniture and décor sourcing, project management and execution. The scope of work for each project is detailed in a separate, signed project agreement or service contract. These terms, together with that agreement, constitute the understanding between the client and Oaks N Stones.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete project requirements, budget and timeline information; make timely decisions and approvals; grant access for design, measurement and execution; secure necessary permits and approvals unless agreed otherwise in the project contract; and ensure the site is safe and free of hazards for personnel and contractors.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices may change after that period. The payment schedule is outlined in your project agreement; a non-refundable advance is typically required to commence work. Late payments may delay a project, and the company reserves the right to suspend work until overdue payments are cleared. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added to the final invoice as required.

Designs, drawings, 3D renderings, plans and other creative work developed for your project remain the intellectual property of Oaks N Stones. The client receives a limited, non-transferable licence to use them solely to execute the project. The company reserves the right to use project photographs, designs and related material for its portfolio, marketing and promotions unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. We respect client privacy and do not disclose personal details without consent.

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, shipping delays and unforeseen site conditions. Client delays, including late approvals, non-payment or scope changes, may extend timelines and incur additional costs. Oaks N Stones is not liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, wars or government regulations.

Design services will be performed with professional diligence and skill. Execution is coordinated and supervised as set out in the project agreement. Warranties for products or materials from third-party vendors are provided by their manufacturers or suppliers. Oaks N Stones assists clients in communicating with those vendors to address issues.

Oaks N Stones, its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services or website. Total liability for a claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.

Disputes arising from these terms or the project agreement should first be addressed through amicable discussions. If no resolution is reached, the dispute is submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the venue in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from these terms.

Oaks N Stones reserves the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
